We are in the seventh year of what has been to date a very successful decision. Eric has worked closely with BPG on all areas concerned with the implementation and on-going support of our hard/software, network, disaster recovery procedures and staff training. Just as importantly is the added bonus that Eric undertook to recognise our requirements in respect of both budget and how we work as a business in the markets operated within.

Voluntary Action Leicester are a local infrastructure organisation working with over 1300 voluntary sector organisations in Leicester City. MacTasks has recently created a database for VAL to profile the sector and record our activities with local groups.
We had previously been using a bespoke database written to run under FileMaker Pro, however the cost of keeping this up-to-date became so costly we decided to look into having a new database written using another product. MacTasks' solution, being based around open-source software, was consequently very attractive.
Amongst our requirements were that it needed to work on both PC and Mac clients and also had to provide flexible reporting for statistical analysis, web site publishing and in a format for printing directories etc.
We were very involved in the specification of the database to ensure it met our needs and found it a very easy experience working with Eric, and his practical knowledge of databases proved invaluable.
We are delighted with the results and feel all our target requirements have been met or exceeded. We have found input from Eric in achieving this to have been invaluable and to have resulted in a user-friendly yet very sophisticated solution.

MacTasks has been providing our IT support for over 5 years now and we are incredibly satisfied with the service we receive. Eric is flexible, conscientious and efficient, if we have a problem he is always only a phone call away and will attend in no time at all.
